Hey, I’m Evan.A few years ago, I was stuck in a warehouse manager job, running on fumes. The long hours, the stress, and the feeling that I was just another cog in the machine - it was exhausting.I wanted more. More freedom, more flexibility, and the chance to build something of my own.But the problem?I had no idea where to start.

There was so much to learn, so much conflicting advice. I didn't know where to start and had no clear blueprint on what to do.The result?I created a bland, generic, and forgettable brand - an ecom death sentence.After 6 months of selling, I still hadn't crossed 1000 customers, and I'd made zero dollars - quite possibly the world worse 9-5 escape plan.I worked on the brand before work, engaged during my lunch breaks, and learned in the evenings and weekends.But seeing my brand go nowhere was frustrating. The lack of growth was disheartening.
On the 21st of August, 2021, YouTube suggested a video by branding expert Marty Neumeier.He worked with big brands like Apple, Google, Microsoft, and Adobe.So I bought all his books.I'd heard about branding before but never really focused on it because it felt fake. I didn't believe people would care.How was I wrong.I took Marty's advice.I created a new brand focused on differentiation, launched it on Thanksgiving, and woke up the next day in shock.

I had sold $1,110 by 10:41AM.I could barely think about anything else at work the next day due the excitement (and relief).But the sales weren't important, although it felt good.It's what I found in customer emails.
I had Facebook messages and emails from customers explaining how they loved my brand and what it stood for.They told me about their life and family despite being strangers on the internet.It made me realize something.Not all brands are created equal.The crap I'd been working on for 6 months was what I though ecom was. Pointless taglines and soulless 'about' pages I picked up from 'ecom gurus'.But this new brand had 1000x the impact.Why?Because people buy stories.If you can establish an emotional connection with people, you're miles ahead of the crowd.(they're stuck using gimmicks, tricks, and brainless stories).So I threw away the cookie-cutter advice and began doubling down on branding.I began presenting my products with a more authentic, differentiated touch.There was no crazy overnight transformation. But things began to happen.I got to $70,476 in profit in year 1 of the new brand.

At one point, people began asking for coaching.I began helping entrepreneurs launch brands, not just products.At first I was worried my approach wouldn't work for other people.But gratefully, clients enjoyed my systems.Importantly, they built profitable businesses in their niche - building strong customer relationships and reputation through branding.I've now helped over 50 brand owners.
